From Pre-Event Buzz to On-Ground Presence: Adintors for GATE 2026

Every significant event begins much before its opening day. It starts with visibility, conversations and growing anticipation across different platforms. What happens before the event often shapes how it unfolds on ground.

The GCCI Annual Trade Expo, widely known as GATE, is a flagship initiative by the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry. More than a trade event, it brings businesses, startups, innovators and industry leaders together on one, single platform.

GATE 2026 was held at the Helipad Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar, from 16 to 18 April 2026. The event created a space for meaningful business interactions and future opportunities.

For the 2026 edition, Adintors joined hands with GCCI as the Influencer Partner. The objective was to build awareness about the event through various mediums. Alongside that, Adintors also marked its on-ground presence, engaging with businesses and creating opportunities to introduce and expand its app during the Expo.

Driving pre-event visibility for GATE 2026

As a part of a broader awareness and influence strategy, Adintors focused on building visibility through digital and outdoor channels in the pre-event phase. Instagram collaborations with multiple creators and selected hoardings across Ahmedabad were executed to create early awareness and influence around GATE 2026.

The idea was to ensure that the details of the event reaches a wider audience across the Ahmedabad city.

Creator-led campaigns across Instagram

A major part of the pre-event buzz was driven through Instagram. GCCI collaborated with multiple creators through the Adintors app, bringing together different voices to highlight what to expect at GATE 2026 in a relatable way.

Four key reels were created with different creators. Each one had a unique style and message.

  • Devaki created a reel titled “3 days that can change your 3 years”.
  • RJ Dhruvi Trivedi shared “Gujju Business Talks”.
  • RJ Yuvraaj and Vidhi Shah collaborated on “Function પછી ની બબાલ 😅”.
  • RJ Harshil created “કોઈ પણ ધંધાનો ગ્રોથ શેનાથી થાય?”.

Every reel focused on one, core idea - why attending GATE 2026 matters. The content was simple and regionally relevant in tone which helped in connecting with the local audience.

Outdoor Visibility in Ahmedabad

Along with the digital campaigns, offline visibility also played a key role. Adintors ensured that GATE 2026 was visible across various important parts of Ahmedabad.

A total of six hoardings were placed across the city. These were positioned at high traffic locations to maximize reach.

Key locations included:

  • ITC road
  • Manek Baug
  • Near Chanakyapuri flyover and other important city routes

These hoardings reinforced the message seen online. They helped in building stronger recall and visibility among business owners and daily commuters across the city.

This marked the role of Adintors as the Influencer Partner for GATE 2026. It laid the groundwork for a strong and well-recognised presence ahead of the event.
