1. Introduction
Adintors Private Limited ("Adintors", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all users of its platform, including businesses, creators, and influencers (collectively referred to as "Users").
This Community Guidelines & Safety Policy ("Policy") sets out the standards governing all content, communications, and activities carried out on the Adintors platform ("Platform"). The objective of this Policy is to ensure that the Platform remains a space for legitimate, professional, and lawful engagement between Users.
By accessing or using the Platform, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Policy. Continued use of the Platform shall be deemed as ongoing acceptance of these terms.
2. Role of Adintors
Adintors functions solely as an intermediary platform that facilitates connections and collaborations between Users. It provides technological infrastructure to enable interactions but does not participate in, influence, or control the substance of any user-generated content.
All content made available on the Platform is independently created and published by Users. Accordingly, the responsibility for such content rests entirely with the User who originates or shares it.
Adintors does not undertake any obligation to pre-screen, verify, or actively monitor user-generated content. However, as a responsible intermediary, it may take appropriate action where required under applicable law or where content is brought to its notice as being in violation of this Policy.
3. Prohibited Content
Users are expected to exercise due care and responsibility while creating and sharing content. Any content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or inconsistent with the standards set out herein shall be strictly prohibited.
Without limiting the generality of the above, Users shall not create, upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available any content falling within the following categories:
3.1 Harassment and Bullying
The Platform is intended to promote professional and respectful interactions. Users shall not engage in conduct that amounts to harassment, intimidation, or abuse.
This includes, but is not limited to, the use of threatening or derogatory language, targeted harassment, persistent unwanted communication, disclosure of personal information without consent, or encouraging others to harm or harass any individual or group.
3.2 Hate Speech and Discrimination
Users shall not create or disseminate content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group on the basis of religion, caste, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Any content that is demeaning, inflammatory, or intended to incite hostility or exclusion shall be treated as a violation of this Policy.
3.3 Harmful or Dangerous Activities
Users shall refrain from promoting or engaging in activities that may cause harm to persons, animals, or property.
This includes content involving violence or criminal conduct, encouragement of self-harm or suicide, unsafe practices or dangerous stunts, or any form of animal cruelty or abuse.
3.4 Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
The Platform maintains a strict stance against sexually exploitative or abusive content. Users shall not upload or share any content that is explicit, non-consensual, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate in nature.
In particular, any content involving minors in a sexual or suggestive context, or any form of exploitation or abuse, shall be treated with utmost seriousness and may lead to immediate action, including reporting to competent authorities.
3.5 Unlawful, Misleading, or Fraudulent Content
Users must ensure that all content shared on the Platform is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
Content involving fraud, scams, deceptive practices, misrepresentation of products or services, false advertising, or violation of applicable laws shall not be permitted under any circumstances.
3.6 Impersonation and Misrepresentation
Users shall not impersonate any individual, brand, or entity, or falsely represent their identity, affiliation, or authority.
This includes the creation of fake profiles, misleading endorsements, or false claims intended to deceive other Users.
3.7 Spam and Manipulative Practices
Users shall not engage in activities that undermine the integrity or functionality of the Platform.
This includes bulk or repetitive messaging, artificial inflation of engagement metrics such as likes or followers, use of bots or automated systems, or repeated posting of irrelevant or misleading content.
4. Regulated Content
The Platform may contain content relating to regulated goods or services such as alcohol, tobacco, wellness products etc. Users who create or promote such content are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.
Users shall ensure that such content is directed only toward appropriate audiences and does not contain misleading, exaggerated, or unlawful claims.
Adintors does not verify or endorse such content and expressly disclaims any liability arising from its publication or reliance thereon.
5. Child Safety Policy
5.1 Zero-Tolerance Approach
Adintors adopts a strict zero-tolerance approach toward any content involving minors that is exploitative, abusive, or unsafe.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct Involving Minors
Users shall not engage in any conduct involving minors that is unlawful or inappropriate, including but not limited to:
- Creation or dissemination of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Depiction of minors in sexual or suggestive contexts.
- Grooming, coercion, or exploitation of minors.
- Unauthorized collection or misuse of personal data relating to minors.
- Use of minors in promotional or commercial content without valid legal consent.
5.3 Enforcement
Any violation of this section may result in immediate and decisive action, including removal of content, suspension or termination of User accounts, and restriction of access to the Platform.
In appropriate cases, such conduct may also be reported to competent authorities. In appropriate cases, Adintors may report such conduct to the competent authorities and extend full cooperation with law enforcement agencies. Adintors further reserves the right to initiate, pursue, or assist in the initiation of appropriate legal proceedings, including civil and/or criminal action, against the concerned User(s), in accordance with applicable law.
6. Pet and Animal Safety
Users shall ensure that content involving animals reflects responsible and humane treatment.
Content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes animal cruelty, abuse, or unsafe practices shall not be permitted. Adintors may take appropriate action against Users found to be in violation of this provision or any animal cruelty prevention laws applicable in India.
7. User Responsibility
Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for all content created, uploaded, or shared by them on the Platform.
This responsibility includes ensuring that such content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights. Users are expected to exercise due diligence and act in good faith while engaging on the Platform.
8. Content Moderation and Enforcement
Adintors operates as an intermediary platform and does not create, control, or endorse any user-generated content. However, in order to comply with applicable laws and to preserve the integrity and safety of the Platform, Adintors reserves the right to remove, disable access to, or restrict any content, where it reasonably believes that such content violates applicable law, this Policy, or the rights of any third party.
Such measures may be undertaken in good faith and in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including upon receipt of complaints, actual knowledge, or direction from competent authorities, without imposing any obligation on Adintors to proactively monitor content.
Adintors may, where it deems appropriate, report any violation to the competent authorities and cooperate with law enforcement agencies. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Adintors reserves the right to initiate or assist in initiating appropriate legal proceedings, including civil and/or criminal action, against any User found to be in breach of applicable laws, this Policy, or the rights of any third party.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Adintors functions as a neutral intermediary platform and does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any user-generated content.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Adintors shall not be liable for any content uploaded, shared, or relied upon by Users. Any reliance on such content shall be at the sole risk of the User.
10. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adintors, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform, including but not limited to violations of this Policy, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Policy Updates
Adintors reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy from time to time, as may be required. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
Continued use of the Platform following any such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
