If you wish to permanently delete your Adintors account, follow the steps below:
Account Deactivation (Initiating Deletion)
- Open the Adintors App on your device.
- Navigate to the Profile tab.
- Tap the Settings icon, then go to Help > Deactivate Account.
- Select a reason for deactivating your account and tap Next.
- In the confirmation pop-up, tap Deactivate to begin the process.
Once you complete these steps, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days.
What happens after you deactivate
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once the process begins, you cannot recover your account or any associated data, even by accident.
- It will take 30 days from deactivation to delete your account from the Adintors app permanently.
- Some legal data like e-mail, mobile number, and chat history may be retained for lifetime for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or system error recovery. Such retained data will be disassociated from any identifying information.
- If you wish to regain access during this 30-day period, you can log in again to your account.
Important notes
- If you simply uninstall the app, your account will remain active and will not be deleted. Only following the official Deactivate Account process initiates deletion.
- You may receive requests or notifications from other users referencing your past activity; these will not automatically disappear from others' accounts, even after deletion.
